Anyone heard of QWS? I bet some of you have. It stands for Quality of Worklife Seminar, the flagship values enhancement program of the D.M. Consunji Technical Training Center (DMCTTC). As far as QWS is concerned, the bonding of the group members which this program fosters is not anymore confined to the four walls of the conference hall or venue area. It’s also in the WEB.
